Direct Mail Campaign: Delzer
Delzer Inc. partnered with Grit to develop a direct mail campaign aimed at attracting new commercial clients. The core strategy centered on showcasing how Delzer’s services can save businesses time, mitigate risk, and reduce stress. We executed this through a series of concise, punchy headlines paired with aspirational, outdoor-focused imagery—designed to emotionally connect with recipients and reflect Delzer’s reliability and adventurous spirit.
Each of the four printed pieces highlight one of Delzer’s key differentiators: customer service, accuracy, wide-format printing, and kit packing. By breaking the campaign into multiple mailings, Delzer gained the advantage of extended visibility, allowing for repeated brand impressions and stronger market recall over time.

Postcards: Experience & Peace of Mind
We Know the Waters
Print projects can be rather complex, but with Delzer, you’re not navigating it alone. This mailer highlights the value of seasoned support, combining a calm, adventurous visual with a confident, reassuring message. The format is clean. The tone is steady. It reinforces the idea that Delzer isn’t just a printer—they’re a trusted guide who knows the path and how to get you there with clarity, craft, and no surprises.
Less Worry, More Peace
This postcard flips the usual pitch on its head. Instead of shouting about specs and services, we leaned into what Delzer really delivers—peace of mind. With a clean layout, centered message, and a visual that feels like exhaling, this piece speaks to decision-makers who don’t just want print done fast, they want it done right, without the headaches. It’s proof that Delzer’s process is as steady as it is strategic. Clear communication. No surprises. Just solid work, start to finish.

Gatefold Booklet: Wide-Format
One of Delzer’s keystone services is big print. Really big. To showcase the scale and clarity of their wide-format capabilities, we designed a mailer that proves it. Folded up, it fits neatly in a 9″ x 6″ USPS-compliant footprint. Unfolded, it stretches to a full 36″ x 6″, revealing a bold visual that builds up the message with each open. At first glance it’s compact, then it becomes expansive and powerful. It’s not a just a services mailer—it’s physical proof of the impact customers can create with a little help from Delzer.

Kit Packing: S’Mores Package
For this piece in Delzer’s campaign, we wanted to go beyond talking about their kit packing capabilities—we wanted to show it. This branded s’mores kit is both a functional gift and a physical proof of service. Every item inside was hand-packed by Delzer, making the box itself a sample of what they do best: bringing multiple components together, flawlessly, into one cohesive package.
Inside are all the ingredients for a perfect s’more (minus the campfire), inviting the recipient to step away from the desk and spend a few sweet minutes with the people they care about. The campfire imagery and “bringing everything together” headline reinforce that idea: Delzer doesn’t just manage logistics, they make life a little easier, and maybe even a little warmer. Sales reps were encouraged to personalize each kit with a handwritten note, turning a promotional touchpoint into something personal and lasting. It’s a reminder that great service isn’t just about speed or scale. It’s about making room for what matters.

Social Media and Email
To extend the reach of Delzer’s print campaign, we developed a coordinated set of social media and email graphics for each mailer. These digital assets mirrored the photography, headlines, and tone of the physical pieces, creating a seamless brand experience whether the audience saw it in their hands or on screen.
Each piece was designed for clarity and quick impact, reinforcing the campaign’s core messages: Delzer provides peace of mind, saves clients time, and delivers reliable, impactful print solutions. From the wide-format reveal to the s’mores kit box, every touchpoint worked in sync to show that Delzer does print right—from concept to doorstep.
This wasn’t just a digital echo. It was a strategic rhythm that supported recognition, follow-up outreach, and trust at every stage.
